"I have lived at Forest View Apartments now for over six years and love it. The rent is a great value for Dogtown and the units have been completely remodeled with updated amenities. Service issues, if they arise, are handled fast and efficiently. Sarah, the property manager, is great to work with and extremely professional. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone."

"The actual living space is great considering the price, but the management is very poor. They are slow to address/resolve issues such as power outages and loss of air conditioning. The move in process is unorganized and a little sketchy as they could not explain all of the up front costs we were required to make. In the three appointments I have scheduled with management, they were late/forgot to meet me at the office for all three. I would not recommend living here!"

"Where do I start? Maintenance doesn’t get on fixing issues within your rental very quickly. It could take months for them to repair a leak that’s about to make the floor cave in. Mine still isn’t fixed and it’s been 8 months. The place has old carpet with old stains. The living room wall has a very long crack in it. It was like that when I moved in. Everything is just really outdated. They need to demolish these apartments and rebuild. It’s just not worth the $700 per month rent. The mosquitos are really bad too. There’s usually trash laying around because the people who live here aren’t courteous enough to use the dumpster. Or they throw food out in the grass and it’s attracts all kinds of bugs. You’ll also find dog poop in the grass everywhere so be careful where you walk. Some tenants pick up their dog’s waste but the last time I checked, there weren’t any doggy bags in the place that management keeps them outside. Plus, lots of weirdos live here. Lots of drugs and crazy people and the police are out here at least once every other week if not more. One good thing is that the manager, Stephanie allows you to pay your rent late and make small payments even if you get behind 2-3 months. I know this from a friend of mine who lives here. They will do anything to get a tenant and they don’t do background checks and if they do, they don’t care how many felons and druggies they allow to live here. It’s not a safe place and I’ll be moving out. Just be careful!"
