"Extremely poor customer service and maintenance. Multiple instances of submitting maintenance tickets and them never being completed, or taking more than a month to be completed. When calling to check up on outstanding maintenance issues, employees were rude and unhelpful. Apartment also extremely dirty when moving in."
"I had a bad experience. The apartments had no soundproofing. There was a lot of noise coming from both the upstairs and downstairs apartments. The fan in the downstairs apartment had a problem and generated an stressful noise - I had to figure out on my own where this noise was coming from. When I identified it, I requested that they fix the issue, but it wasn't resolved by the time I moved out. The upstairs apartment also generated a lot of noise."

"I used to love quadrangle housing a lot and recommend them to everybody I know because how friendly and helpful Ellie and Paul are and how responsive the maintenance staff was. They made me feel like living in a warm community. However, I heard and experienced myself that some staff in the office are really cold. I wish Stacy could have been more helpful and compassionate."
