"I had several issues with this moving company. It started out great with Adam coming out to give us a bid. Prices all sounded great. They was late coming to our house to loading up our house. We was told only 2-3 guys would be there and the next thing we have several more. As it went on our boxes and items was just being thrown in the trucks however they would fit. The next day again they was late arriving. Again we probably had a good 6-8 men bringing everything into our house. It started out with the boxes taken into the right rooms but that didn't last long. Our containers was just being put in any of the rooms along in our garage and basement. By the time the guys left our house was a total mess. A month later and we still have boxes in the wrong parts of the house. A big reason we hired movers because my husband are not able to move heavy boxes. We are having to wait on help in order to move items around. Looking at our situation. It would have been went a lot smoother for everyone if not so many men was in the house at the same time. It was entirely too chaotic. I feel to do justice to your upcoming customers you should rethink your strategy. Moving is a very big expense. But I would have rather paid more and received better service. I will say several of the gentlemen was very friendly and nice talking with. Can't remember his name. But I was happy to see one of the young man show up when we moved in. He made me feel at ease. A couple more issues I had are one of the movers clogged up our toilet. Think about it. You move into a new home and right away you are dealing with a clogged toilet by an outsider. Unfortunately several items was broke and scratched up. My husband has several items he will have to fix now also. The other issue I have is. I asked for a printout showing me layout of what I paid. I want to see exactly how I was charged. I have asked numerous times by phone calls and emails. Today I still don't have my printout. Terri"
