"My mom really enjoys the soup here. Her favorite sandwiches are the napa almond chicken and the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwiches. The employees were very helpful. Our order was ready when promised and there were no problems. The location was convenient and easy to find. Plenty of parking. Nice location."

"HUGELY DISAPPOINTED! Cold weather = hot soup. I'd tucked the offer for $1 soup into my memory but hadn't noted details. I started my order online, but the discount on soup didn't show up. I called Panera for information & was told app only. Installed the app, entered my order again, and received an error message about entrée. Called again. This time, I was told the app had problems and advised to order and talk to customer for refund or possible coupon. Never mind. Pizza it is."

"We placed and paid for a delivery order. The order showed up incorrect. Call Panera and they said they didn’t have anyone who could deliver the corrected or and since I was unable to come pick up the corrected order she would send me a card for the amount of the two sandwiches that were wrong. I received in the mail a $5 off coupon….which wasn’t agreed to and wouldn’t have been accepted. I call and ask to speak to the regional manager and they said she would call me back Friday when she is in. It’s 2 weeks out and still nothing."
