McDonald's 1600 South Hamilton Circle, Olathe, KS 66061

"We went there for dinner and the playground. We had to go back a few times to get everything we ordered. The playground was nasty. There was spills in the play part. Ice cream on the slide and soda spilled all over. We told the front and they said "we'll tell management" and nothing was done about it. We were there an hour after we told them and it was never cleaned."

"Like every other McDonald's anywhere in the world. Horrible food, and so so service. The Quarter Pounder was typical. Nothing special. I wonder why McD's can't buy and sell better tasting beef? It's like a tasteless piece of spongy "beef" with weird sauce and some onions and pickles. The best thing on the whole burger is the pickles. Sad. One positive is that the artificially intelligent ordering machine actually got our order right this time, with no trouble! Amazing. One bad thing is that we had two burgers with fries and a drink each. My wife wanted Diet Dr. Pepper and I asked for Diet Coke. Neither of our drinks tasted right. We couldn't even tell the difference between them. Both tasted awful, and nothing like the drink we ordered, but I'm sure that wouldn't matter to the management at any McD's. Volume sales are all that matters. Customer satisfaction only matters when it affects the volume. And there are so many people who have such bad taste in food, that volume is practically guaranteed at every McDonald's."

"Placed my order after requesting to speak to a person so I can get what I want and still didn't get what I asked for but paid for it. Never got a receipt and when I asked the manager about if they look at the screen to verify what the order is he laughed and said he didn't know because he isn't on the grill! I have been a GM of fast food before and would NEVER speak to a person that way and we verified everything that went out the window. I will NEVER go back and work with many people close by in which I will suggest they do the same."

"I went to McDonald's because I was pressed for time. I went to the drive through and the line moved very well. I decided to have a Big Mac . i have not had a Big Mac in over 30 years and man did it taste good. i brought it back to work and ate it ate my desk. it was delicious."

"The place was disgustingly filthy, I also was the only one there at the time. The employees were too busy complaining about another employee that was 2 hours late. The food was good but the tray that my food was on even had food on it from the previous person."
