"I really didn't want to become a 'Karen' but this one employee almost turned me into one. It was early morning when I decided to get breakfast for my boyfriend and I. I was very tired still working on time management and decided that I probably should wash my face, put on all my skincare and leave the house in my pjs to go get the food. It took me a while to get the GPS to work and there were several stoplights I had to wait at. I didn't know how angry the person serving me the food would be when I got there. She said at least twice in very obvious passive aggressive tone that it was an hour and a half since I ordered the food and that it is cold. Google said that the food would be ready at 9:47am and I got there at 10:13am. It takes 25 or 20 minutes considering all the stop lights and traffic to get from my house to this Hardee's location. I didn't realize I'd be passive aggressively attacked for being late to pick up my order. It was so unprofessional. I don't care who you are or how late you show up to pick up your food. Don't be unprofessional with your customers. I'm not sure what was happening behind the scenes but I will not be coming back to this location."

"Been going for 20 years or more. Orders to go are constantly incorrect. This morning ordered sausage with B&G order. No sausage when I got home - paid for it. Constant change of people - some don’t speak English. Drive thru microphone sucks. Hash Browns are ALWAYS COLD."

"Fries were decent. Burger was somewhat dry tasting. Left a third or more uneaten. It was a snow day and a lot of other choices were closed. Go to What-a-burger instead."

"Extremely disappointed with how this place is run. In the morning, the employees are lackadaisical and often get your order wrong. And just now, as of 8:35 p.m. when I'm writing this, I was trying to enter the store...except the doors were locked. One of the employees was on her phone with her back to me, and a man behind the grill gestured at me to go to the drive-thru. If I wanted to do that, I would have gone there in the first place! If you're going to say that you're open on Google Maps and on your OWN DOOR, at least *be open*!"

"This trip was a little off but the food is usually great. Hot fresh and served pretty quickly. Didn't get the service I'm accustomed to when visiting this restaurant but im not going to hold it against them. Every one has an off day occasionally."
