"This store gets nothing right anymore.. seriously 5 orders Big John all freebies HOW do you mess that up 5 times? 5 different trips. I'm done eating at this location. Update 9-29-2023 Had a group that wanted to go to this location, so I reluctantly went. On the way I was joking with everyone on how many of the 4 orders we were going to place would be right…. Well only one order was correct. I also only got one slice of roast beef on my sandwich when I pointed this out I was told it was already measured and precut. AVOID THIS PLACE!"

"I ordered for curbside pickup for a sandwich called turkey Tom no lettuce with extra turkey extra Mayo add provolone cheese. So I went there for the first time and the lady that brought it out basically threw the sandwich at me and walked away saying nothing after I said thank you. I get back and open the sandwich to realize there is no provolone cheese and maybe 3 slices of turkey so I call back and tell them what’s going on they say ok come back to get another one. I go back and the dude that brought out the 2nd sandwich with a nasty demeanor says you have to swap me with the old sandwich first so I did that and said nothing. I get back to open this one and they literally put the same amount of turkey as the first time and a half a piece of cheese basically the same time as the first. What a disgusting and nasty overall experience from the employees towards me on top of the awful quality issues with the food items."

"This restaurant needs serious help. First, they made us wait about 15 minutes for our order because they had run out of cucumbers for a couple of orders before us, and they simply could not fill our order even though it didn't require cucumbers. Then, they gave my husband a salad with no dressing. They have the right door locked, so every right-handed person has to use the left door. And finally, there is something wrong with the spring on the door so it slams loudly every time someone comes in, which was constant during the dinner hour. What an unpleasant experience!"

"Lot better than Topeka 21sr and Gage! Friendly busy staff when I went in with little time between sons basketball games. Got us in and out fast. They did such a good job I didn’t even ask for military discount."

"They were very busy (not a big deal for me), we watched two customers walk. When we ordered an unwich for my daughter, we informed them that she was celiac and allergic to dairy. They were very confused or frustrated to have to change out gloves... I'm not entirely sure. The unwich was tiny and was a disappointment. There was one price of lettuce that didn't wrap it. Also, it wasn't wrapped the normal way, so it opened up like it shows in the photo."
