"Absolutely horrible. If i could give less than one star, i would. I called to place an order with this company that has a "guaranteed fit"... Ordered a passenger-side mirror for a 2016 Ford E-350. This is to replace a mirror on a moving truck that was damaged. No heated mirror, no electronics of any kind, just a basic mirror. Obviously, timing was an issue, as i needed to return the truck within about a week. A few days later, what arrived was a mirror for an F-350, not the E-350. I called to talk to someone, they said they would send me an email to return it, and asked if i wanted the right one... So i said yes. She confirmed it was an E-350, no electronics, no signals in the mirror, etc. Due to this being a rush, i had to pay an extra 80.00 to have it rush shipped to me. When it arrived, AGAIN IT WAS WRONG! This time it was the E-350, but WITH the signal on the mirror, which obviously DOESNT MATCH the other side... Now, on to the other issue. This company screwed up by sending me the wrong item... TWICE!!! and on top of that, they expect ME to cover the shipping to return it, which for WHATEVER reason, is 150.00. MORE THAN I PAID FOR THE DAMN MIRROR! I will NEVER do business with this slapshot organization again."

"I ordered a set of cv axles and they sent me some that were no whete near close, I didn’t even have to take them out of the package to tell you they were wrong, and I went to return but they wanted freaking 90$ to ship them back! They sent me the wrong part and wouldn’t cover shipping costs! People were rude total bad experience l! I’ll take my money elsewhere from now on!"

"I ordered wrong parts. Returned unused in a week. Waited 2 weeks still no refund. Called them and they said I will see my refund tomorrow. Waited couple days more. Still no refund back to my credit card. I had to filed a dispute charge with my credit card company. I spend hundreds of dollars with this company so disappointed. Will take my business somewhere else. Poor and shady customer service ."

"I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered $1200 worth of parts from them for my 2010 Odyssey EX-L in November 2022. However, then I had some life events take precedence & wasn't able to install the plugs & coil packs until March 2023. When I went to install them, I found both the plugs and packs were wrong -- they didn't fit in my vehicle. You can see the difference in the photos I posted. Since I had my car pulled apart, I went to AutoZone, who set me up with the correct parts. I contacted their customer service, who promptly refused to do anything to make it right, based solely on the fact that I was outside of the return window. They refused to consider the fact that they made a mistake in their order fulfillment. I will never buy anything from this company again."
