Customer service just says it is out for delivery, I assure it will be delivered today... one week later I finally get my delivery and half the items are broken from riding around on the truck for a week."

"Impossible to speak to an actual person. The automated 'assistant' is NO help whatsoever! The only reason you should call the Fed-Ex Customer Service 1-800 number is if you want to waste your time, get no assistance, and increase your frustration with what was once a very good company. There isn't any assistance provided - just a series of bossy, directive recordings in a sing-song happy voice, until you press zero or ask for an operator. Then the voice gets nasty and will tell you the representatives will not have any additional information. I will never use Fed-Ex for anything I ever ship from now on."
