"I have sent several orders to St Louis contract embroidery and have always recommended them, but I will not use them again. I sent my order with details of what should be completed. They admit they made a mistake with my order and said "That's the risk you take" I asked - "So, you don't make it right when you mess up and order?" and was told "No, we don't." I will not do business with a company that does not make good on an order when they know they have messed the order up."
