I didn't have a tour scheduled, but she still helped me anyway with such a positive attitude. The property was beautiful too!"

"Forgot to leave my review but figured it might help someone I lived here from 2020 to 2022 roughly and overall it was pretty decent living I would say the inside of the apartments are really nice so that part matters a lot I would say My complaints would be that you can definitely hear every thud from your upstairs neighbors (hope there’s no little kids above you), including some other things but overall I would say the soundproofing wasn’t done very well when they built these places My other complaint is there’s no working video surveillance on the property. After moving in my F250 got stolen right out of the parking area at 2am and the property had no video surveillance anywhere to help police. Pretty bad that you can’t afford video surveillance after collecting $1500 or more in rent from every apartment on the property Anyways that’s my 2 cents. The ladies up front were really nice and the location is great. Pool area is nice as well 3 is a pretty fair review given what I went through"

"I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We arrived on move-in day to a filthy dirty apartment. The kitchen had grime and dried food everywhere. The appliances were old and worn out. The bathrooms were dusty and uncleaned. The shower head was crusted over with scale. The carpets, though cleaned, were dingy and stained. The fragance they used to clean the carpets was heavy and cloyingly sweet, like maple syrup. Awful. The rundown washer was moldy and the dryer lint trap was crammed with lint. Had to be months of use without cleaning it. Maintenance was always responsive but things were never fixed, just patched. The kitchen faucet never worked properly and management wouldn't replace the nozzle. Windows were hard to open and close due to severe warping. Cold air during winter months noticeably blew in. Noise from tenants above and shared walls is ridiculously loud. You will be at the mercy of those tenants. Same for if you have garages below. The opening/closing of garage doors is constant. The parking lot is overfull and not monitored. There were a lot of dog owners while we lived there and too many of them did not clean up after their dogs. Building hallways and stairwells smell. There seemed to be quite a few college students living here. These are not luxury apartments and the rent prices are too high for what they offer."

"Let's get the stuff I don't love out of the way - parking here is not great unless you're in buildings 1 or 2. (There's six) If you have the opportunity to lease with a garage right out the gate? Do it, because garages are very hard to come by later. Also, the walls are pretty thin. All that said, we put in our notice to vacate about a month ago and we are regretting it as we continue to look for a floor plan that fits our lifestyle like this one does. Super spacious closets, a great sized kitchen, big bedrooms. Network cable plug ins in every room. This does come at the sacrifice of true dedicated dining space - but we just sit at our bar instead. No apartment is perfect, maintenance requests are a given. But when we've had to put one in, the process is pretty painless and every single one has been addressed same day. Patti in the leasing office is great. All the maintenance staff are wonderful. Overall, we do not regret the decision to stay here for the 2.5 years we did."

"So far my time at Greenwood Reserve has been great! I was a little wary at first due to a lot of old negative reviews, mostly about towing vehicles, and I feel it’s necessary to add that towing is not a problem at all anymore so don’t let those reviews scare you! I had some issues when I first moved in, but the staff at Greenwood Reserve were so incredibly quick to help resolve those problems. Everyone who works here is so friendly, the apartment is a good size, and the location is great! My only real dislike of the property so far is how thin the walls are. Noise is an issue for sure, but not enough yet to knock it down a star."
