"In order to get them to do maintenance, you have to walk over to the office, ask why it has taken so many days, get some excuse (there's always an excuse) threaten to call corporate, call corporate, give a laundry list of complaints, give corporate a laundry list of complaints about things that are poor service to possibly illegal, get a promise from corporate that they will address and get back to you, then they'll fix your issue, and corporate will not get back to you hoping that you forget. Well, I have screen shots of conversations. I'm going to talk to corporate be it through them contacting me or me contacting the attorney general,. Just go somewhere else."

"If looking for a new apartment who wants good sound proof apartments and that people are friendly. I am I feel a oldie here being here for 2 years if something goes wrong with anything they fix it quickly. Overall its a very comfortable place to live."

"I was displaced due to an apartment fire at the Reserve. Karla was amazing and got me in with a new place in just 1 day! Loved working with her so much, and she has done a great job communicating with me even after my move in. I was able to utilize the business center to work until my internet arrived, 1-2 days. And maintenance has been good about coming in to fix things fairly promptly. So far I love it here and it’s been such a blessing! Can’t wait for the gym to be renovated and looking forward to making memories here at Estancia!"

Greystar Management (who manages Estancia at City Center) has been super professional, kind, and willing to go the extra mile to make things better for the tenants. I think it is hard to find an apartment complex that has all of the desirable qualities (clean, professional, kind, caring, reasonable rent, good maintenance staff, etc.), and Estancia at City Center has it all. I have been living here for almost 7 years, and I hope to be here for years to come."
