"The only good thing about this place is location. Close to several gas stations and the highway. Our check in experience was subpar, the stairs to the second level felt like they were going to break beneath my feet. The room was dusty/dirty like the hotel doesn't know what a mop is. The door didn't secure shut, we had to push the couch infront of it to feel safe. After a closer inspection we found signs of roaches including live bugs and dead ones. I would not recommend staying here if you can afford to go literally anywhere else."

"I stayed there for almost 2 months while my mother was passing away I had to make them clean my room after 3 weeks they did a really bad job at cleaning they say they every 7 days but you have to ask them do it. The costumer service is extremely rude and I was paid up and russ the assistant manager put a note on my door and ran away and called the cops on me and told me I had 5 minutes to leave the property so I called the cops and they came to my room and my room was clean he instigated me to curse at him they had no right to evicted me. And not refund my money overall I would never stay at this kind of hotel where the people say they are going to do something and they don't plus the customer service is so poor I would rate them at a negative 10 plus."

"The floor was very sticky. The room somehow looked clean, but dirty at the same time. The sheets, pillows, and towels were all miss matched and did not smell clean. The front window latch was broken and window was cracked. This window was not at all secured from the outside. We let the guy at the office know, as this was a major security issue. He did not seemed bothered and when we asked for a refund he said no. We had to beg to be put in a room that was secure and not dirty. In the end, we ended up in a room that was about the same as the first, only the floor wasn't sticky and the window wasn't cracked. There was no soap to be found and only 4 small squeeze packets of "Pavy" brand conditioning shampoo. The beds were uncomfortably firm and pillows were flat. Overall very disappointed."

"Not very impressed with this place at all. The room was far from clean. There was no phone in the room. Not a single trashcan to be found. Every motel I've ever stayed in had a small coffee pot. This one did not. The bathtub felt like it was never cleaned since my friend fell while stepping in it from it being so slippery. The kitchenette had a fridge that did work....thank goodness.....and the pull out love seat looked older than my great grandmothers from back in the 60s and it was also filthy and had trash between the cushions. I'm terrified to look under them for sure. Floors haven't been swept. To top it off it smells like cigarette smoke. This place has quite a few problems and will not refund you when asked. I'm not sure how they get away with this...I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"Stayed here recently after the power was out in the whole city from the big storm. The degree of uncleanliness is hard to overstate. I've seen worse, but only in a couple of very bad hostels in South America. There was just no attempt made to keep anything clean or repaired. Sheets weren't even completely on the bed, and sheets and pillowcases were stained and obviously dirty. The light in the bathroom and the shelves in the freezer door were literally held together with tape. There was a gnat/fly infestation in the bathroom. Lesson learned: Don't wait until this place is the only spot that still has vacancy. There are so many reasons why."
