"I love the apartments but if you need maintenance done, it might take a while to get stuff done. I’ve only lived here 5 months and it’s hard to get a hold of anyone in the leasing office. They communicate via text messages and their billing is very confusing as well. There were fees that didn’t make sense when I started the lease paperwork process and they kept adding more charges to the original invoice, when I asked what they were for, the description of the fee on the document didn’t match what the lease agent told me the fee was for. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the leasing agents when I had questions. My first day when I tried to park in my carport that I pay for every month, I couldn’t park there because someone else without a permit was parked there, so I went to the leasing office and was told that I needed to call the tow truck myself and that this is not their job to call the tow truck. The tow truck never showed up & the car moved but I had to park somewhere else that day . I still got charged for the full day of carport fees. There’s a lot of cars without a permit and they still park in carports. Another thing is that my carport collects a lot of water when it rains and I have to wear mock boots to get in my car and then I change shoes once I’m in my car. I think there is room for improvement & have been told several times they are short staffed so I’ve been patient because I love the apartment itself. All and all is a safe place but there’s room for improvement when it comes to dealing with tenants, maintenance and their billing is confusing."

"Hi I'm Elizabeth and I am going on my third year, living here at London House Apts. My apt sits in building 3304 off Rosehill Rd. Gosh, there are so many wonderful and not so great about London House. For example: I am an Elderly single woman, and the first day I moved into my apartment with my furniture and was able to catch breath. I was so truely moved with happy emotions.How I was chosen to rent this apartment. My apartment is so unbelievably long and huge. You have so much space in each room to do what you please. For example, From the deck to my bedroom it took me approximately 2.5 to 3min. to get there. Just to give you a image or picture for your mind of how big these apts are, to say the least, also the appearance of the rooms, the walls the carpet are cleaned very well or you get new carpet. The perimeter of my space I rent looking from the street in you will always see clean, from the front doors of your apartment building looks so beautiful. The grass is always mowed. You have and can meet new great neighbors that keep to themselves and are always looking out for you. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to call your home. Come here to live London House Apartments is the place for you and your family. My apt is affordable but light bill gets high, I understand as a result of so much extra space you have in each room. "This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at an apartment complex. I moved in about a month(ish) ago. And I honestly dread coming home. The place was absolutely DISGUSTING when I moved in and I had to deep clean everything by hand. There was food splattered all over the kitchen, a ton of residue build up in the bathrooms and still hair from the last resident, the bathroom toliet doesn't work after I've put in multiple requests to fix it. The hallway in my building makes my whole family absolutely sick to their stomach with the reek of cigarette smell, you can literally see nicotine dripping down the walls in the hallway. The residents are RUDE and extremely unkind. I have yet to talk to one nice person in this large complex. I do understand it's not managements fault about unkind residents but unless this is your absolute only way of finding housing DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! I am breaking my lease as soon as I can find a new apartment to live in. I'd rather go broke than choose this horrible establishment again."

"I’m going on 3 years as a current resident. The pros are the apartments are spacious. It’s not too noisy. The elementary school is within walking distance and there’s a daycare in the lot. CHECK YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. I moved into an apartment that had not been cleaned, infested with roaches. They changed my apartment unit 3 times before my move in date, including the day of. They applied my security deposit and first months rent a month before my move in date and tried to evict me after 3 days. I had to show them contract proof of my signed move in date. The negatives are overwhelming regarding maintenance and management. There’s a lack of organization. Via management there is one maintenance man for the apartment complex leading to long waits for resolution. I’ve dealt with sewage problems leading to flooded floors stating they’re fixed, but turned out not to be. I’ve dealt with mice, not because of the earth shifting, but because as maintenance told me— holes were there previously with a known mouse problem that had not been filled. All these issues took 30+ days. Now I’m dealing with mold due to a busted window that was messed up before I moved in that I asked them to fix, which they again— did not do correctly causing condensation and moisture to build in my walls. It’s been 30+ days with mold exposure, ticket submitted, emails, and texts sent. No one’s bothered to look at it. As management stated “mold is not an emergent issue”. I will say, this years management is better than previous. But there’s alot of work to be done. The apartments are beautiful. But track everything. Be prepared to fix things yourself or make sure you have the patience to wait. -A Current Resident."
