"After 4 rescheduled dates over the span of 3 weeks I still have yet to receive my bed. 10 out of 10 this company needs to be put out of business. Worst service ever."

"This is the most unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful delivery service I ever ran across. I have been waiting on a bed delivery ever since 9/21/2023. They send out an email informing you of your delivery date and time, they don't come because the delivery driver didn't come to work. They reschedule my delivery for a 3pm to 9pm window and still don't show up. I am wondering am I going to get my bed at this point. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten my furniture. I wouldn't use this service to deliver nothing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone."

"I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. In addition to canceling my delivery date twice at the very last minute (only minutes before my delivery window opened), they were more than 8 hours late on the third time they rescheduled. So the help I had to move the furniture into my basement came to my home and left three times. and on the third day when they finally delivered the product 8 hours late, no one even had the decency to call, text or email to notify me of the delay. Worst service ever"

"My family ordered a couch from Albany Park. Tempo Transport was the delivery company. They called and scheduled our delivery for 8/26 between 3-7pm and never showed or called. They called the next day to schedule the delivery again. When I questioned why no one showed up yesterday or even called to let me know. They couldn’t give me an answer. They tried to blame it on the shipping carrier. They rescheduled the delivery to today 8/30 between 8-12. I confirmed multiple times the day and time. She assured me it would be delivered. Again the time came an went. My husband called after 12 for an explanation. Again, just received an I’m sorry, not sure what happened. We have it down for a delivery tomorrow between 8-12. So frustrated at this point. I would absolutely not use this company if given the choice. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a choice."
