"Don't waste your time with this store. We had a pool closing/winterization scheduled for the day after we left for vacation, and prepaid for it. The technician came a half hour before the scheduled window of time (12-5 pm) and just turned around and left even though we had been informed to leave the cover, plugs, gizmos, etc outside so they could close it without having to be there. He didn't even bother to try to call; just left. None of the employees at the store were helpful or bothered to call me back to reschedule for later that day or the following week. Called the general manager at this store and she was very rude and hung up on me (mind you, I wasn't rude to her), so I just told her to issue me a refund for the winterization so I could winterize it myself. Had a similar issue several years ago. Terrible customer service. High prices. Not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere."

"Typically the best deal in town on pool chemicals. Their water analysis service is quick and efficient, making their chemicals an even better deal. Usually the person working can handle questions, but occasionally you get a new employee who defers to another shift when a more experienced associate will be there."

"This is our first year with a pool, and we didn't know much about how to use it. They have a pool 101 class for new owners. They test water for free and tell you what chemicals you need to balance it of you don't have a home test kit. Their rewards aren't great ($1 spent = 1 point, 200 points = $5 reward), but it's better than nothing, and with the cost of chemicals and maintenance all year, they add up fast. They're always extremely helpful in person and on the phone (even corporate!). The people who come out to open/close the pool are nice, too."

"We just got our pool re done for the summer. So we thought we should get some new pool accessories for the grand kid. We wanted those noodles, a floating chair,etc. Leslie's has really good selection and great service, and we had a lot of fun just shopping. We love the new look in the back yard... I can hardly wait for it to be warm enough to go swimming this summer. fantastic !!!"
