"I have never in my life been so impressed with a company. (I live in Springfield MO, so this is not an in store review) I ordered my new tent on 03/27/19 at 9:00 am. The tent arrived today 03/28/19 at 11:00 am. I'm gonna call that a 24 hour shipment on a 37lb package, and I am freaking amazed! Even on an order from a local store, if I opt for shipping, it's at least two days min. I will set up the tent this weekend, and post pics when I get it set up, and continue review!"

"I have had great service from Core and the equipment is great. There was an issue with one of the straps you use to stake the tent to the ground. I took pics, called when we got back into town. All I had to do was email them pics of the damage and of the tent. They reviewed the damage and promptly sent another. It was seriously a no hassle process. We have the 12 man tent and it's great. Easy to set up, roomy, and the view. Oh the view. I fall asleep looking at the stars and wake up in the morning to trees. I cannot praise this company and this tent enough."

"They don't honour their warranty for Canadians. I was told by the CSR, Dominic, "We are happy to assist in getting a replacement part out to you but we would need to know a U.S. location to ship this product to as we do not have international shipping available. Once we are able to identify the part, we will get a replacement sent to the U.S. address you are able to provide.". When I pointed out for the SECOND TIME I lived in Canada I was told "Since this item was purchased in the U.S. we would need a U.S. address to send replacement parts to.". I bought their 12 person Instant Cabin while on vaca in Idaho on June 18, 2018. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I took the tent out of the box on July 13, 2018 to set it up and a pole was broken. Luckily I was smart enough to also pack my Coleman Instant Tent or I would have been SCREWED as it rained all night.  Thanks for treating Canadians like the the unwanted step children instead of "Treating you like family, the Midwest way".
