"Very unprofessional- they scheduled you an appointment and then don’t show up. You have to call them for updates as to where they are at ? Very very lazy and overpriced. They sell you a product demand payment make promises and schedule appointments and complete won’t show up to do so . Very unsatisfying the worst pool company I’ve ever dealt with . My next step will be to report to Better Business Bureau because it’s unethical and I know Leavenworth and Lansing communities deserve better ."

"We used Clearwater to install our inground pool and model our sidewalks in the early 2000's. We have used them for maintenance and winterization ever since. I got 13 bids and Jason's was by far the best. He also treated me with respect whereas many of the other bids, the men treated me like I was non-existent and looked at my husband when answering my questions. I would highly recommend. I provided Jason with a rough sketch of the curvy sidewalks with firepit areas around the pool and he provided me with an amazing design and finished product."
