"Car overheated and we decide to pawn a smaller Tiffany chain I have. We brought the original box and bag the chain come with. Woman said they don't take silver. I understand. So she recommended another place that was a 50 minute walk in 100 degrees. So my husband said hey my wedding ring because we need the car fix. She tested it and say it fake. Now we brought our wedding bands from Helzberg Diamonds. It is still under warranty. We get it clean every six moths. They tested it at every clean. She said the acid burn through it and it was smoking. So my husband get upset at me thinking I brought him a fake ring. So I said tested my ring. She said my diamonds are fake and my gold. So I call the Helzberg, gave our information and put it on speaker. The customer service rep explain in detail our rings down to size cut color rating and designer. The guy said I didn't say it she did. Ridiculous they lies about challenging for realness. If acid burn through it would have left a mark. No marks no smoke no fire I will post my ring. If you treat them with respect they'll do the same to you. They might not all be the most friendly people. However, they are professional and polite. 10/10 would recommend."
