"Poor customer service. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this place out of laziness so I don’t have to drive to the legends so I can’t complain to much but never does anyone act like they are happy to help. I have younger kids and they will stare and act like they are an inconvenience instead of the ones making me spend my money. Update: I went in on 8/30/23 and there was a sales associate there who was fantastic. He was energetic and knowledgable. I expressed that I appreciated his help and he was upbeat and kind the whole time. I am glad to see a positive change that is hopefully long lasting. This store adds a good benefit to Leavenworth and anyone who, like myself hates driving to the legends."
"The two young men working yesterday were not very friendly. I went in to exchange a pair of soccer cleats I bought online for a pair of football cleats. I said I needed an 8 1/2, they brought one pair of cleats the cost $120, and said that was the only pair they had in stock. It wasn’t until I requested something in a different color, that they “found” another pair that was less expensive. I don’t think either of the workers said more than 2 words to me. I won’t be back."
