We called first thing on a Saturday morning and made an appointment to look at a 2020 navigator and drove 2.5 hours. When we arrived at the dealership, they told our salesperson Cole that we arrived and he came and got us and let us test drive almost as soon as we got there. Cole made the entire process for us extremely stress free and he was so willing to accommodating to our needs like a detail before leaving the dealership, driving 2.5 hours during the following week to pick it up for new tires and buffing out paint from previous owners.
