"Two stars* This guy can be great. And I like his work. I brought my husband’s top in and all the patches to be sewn on. All I needed was sewing done. But charging me $65 for 7 sew ons and $26 for top. When I questioned him he got confrontational about his prices “because we ordered and it’s same day done”… I reminded him that we didn’t order I brought everything in and I didn’t ask for same day. He stumbled his words, “well that’s what I charge. how are you not understanding? Why does everyone comment on my prices?” Proceeds to mimic me and as I walk out …he talked about it to the coworkers. I went to two shops in the area to get a quote for the same work and it was $25 for both locations. My fault for not asking before hand. If you’re reading this get a quote first and move on. Cool shop, but not how you treat someone when they respectfully question the price & way over priced for just sewing."

"Great store and great selection, if your looking for service patches for your jacket or vest. This is the place to purchase them and get them sewn on. Lots of military pins, stickers and patches of units from Korea, Vietnam, many others."

"I don't understand why more military and Google maps don't know about this shop?! This shop is absolutely worth your time to browse, take care of sewing, and have a chat! I needed camo sewing done, and the PX said it would take 8 days. That was unhelpful and unacceptable. I started asking around and was told it was just one of the challenges of being at Fort Leavenworth. When searching for sewing or alterations of uniforms, Google Maps only offered a shop inside the PX that I couldn't find and Elizabeth's tailoring, who doesn't provide the service but who redirected me here. The shop is very well kept and stocked better then the military sales in some cases for insignia. They also have a tremendous selection of woodcraft items. The sewing looks terrific and was done in an hour. Finally, the gentleman behind the corner could become your best friend in less than 5 minutes."
