"To the young lady who rated this community low because of the wait list...here is why the list is long. I have lived in this community since 2000. This is a solid, stable, safe & affordable community to live in therefore the move-out rate is very low. I have since management companies come and go over the past 19 years...but, my unit has always been taken care of very well and most importantly I feel safe."
