"I was displaced. My very first encounter with the property was the female receptionist. She was polite, attentive and informative. Then I met with Mr. Hearns, I had a slight breakdown and he reassured me I would get through it, he prayed with me, he was compassionate, and even gave me a resource list to help with my search. I then met Ms. Wilson even though it was time for her to close, she took the time to listen and explain the application criteria and process. They all went above and beyond! Thank you!"

"Newly remodeled & are very nice....kitchen small but updated nicely. The apartment i was shown had a nice clean dry basement. I think with kitchen so small there should be an island seeing where you have to put kitchen table is carpeted but overall I would rent...waiting list wasn't long when I visited apartment."

"My townhouse has Rotten floors when they claim to be newly remodeled. Water damage made me and my family Sick. Management is Very Rude and Disrespectful! Only lived here couple months before my car window was busted out and only after I made a complaint about the rotten floors. Management is very Sneaky and Retaliative. They have Sect8 secretly working in the office. Management are Bullies & Very unprofessional blaming their mistakes on the Resident."

"I lived a Sycamore Groves. I don't' know why I moved out! Trains run by the area but it did not bother me. Low bills. Close to buses and freeways. REady do move back in. It was just me and my daughter, Now it just me. By a park and an swimming pool in Groves park off of 12 street and Truman road"
