"We lived in this charming apartment for over 5 years and have nothing but great memories of our time there. The historic value of the building definitely adds to the charm. Our favorite feature of our apartment was the beautiful sunroom, which has always received compliments from every guest we have hosted. The apartment's prime location on the west Plaza meant we had easy access to all the restaurants and shops all year round. It was especially fun during the Summer, when there are events galore on the Plaza. Management has always been responsive to our needs and Bruce Hawkinson is very cordial and pleasant as a landlord. If you're looking for a cozy apartment on the Plaza, you have our vote on David Copperfield Apartments! p.s. Watch out for the candy (and other treats during the holiday season) in the lobby!"

"This is a great place to live. The landord is reasonable, willing to work with tenants with lease options, easy to get in contact with and responds quickly. The apartment is well maintained , and a resonable price. Enjoyed being in the city with a quiet, safe enviornment."

"Heat is steam and extremely loud. Landlord entered my apartment without notice. Dirty and dated. Gave notice of vacating apartment according to the rental agreement and landlord never returned my deposit. DON’T rent here!!"
