"We just moved in and as moving in, we noticed our kitchen sink would not drain and the garbage disposal was broken and water was leaking out of the dishwasher. We informed the management of the property about our issue and they immediately took care of it! While out running errands, we came home to a fixed dishwasher, new running garbage disposal, the plumbing works like a dream. Sink drains super fast now. They also fixed it to where we have running hot water now. It would not get hot yesterday and while washing my hands, I felt the water turn hot and was very happy! He also ended up patching a hole in the bathroom ceiling that we didn't even notice. The maintenance guy did an AMAZING job. We were very pleased with everything he did. We really feel like the management took our issues seriously and genuinely cared about us and resolving it. Amazing job."

"I've lived here for almost 3 years now and never once had a problem with my matience requests, rent or anything else. Dawn the manager is awesome! She will help you fix your issue right away. All the managers they have had since I've been here have been awesome. Street light was out making it unsafe for me to walk up the stairs at night, made a request, fixed two days later. Thank you so much. *EDIT* Place is under new management by Rowan now and Kendra as a manager. Had some issues with them when they first bought the place but since then it's been okay. Got moved from my old apartment to a redone one and they gave me alot of time to move out and get settled. Was hard to get ahold of anyone until I got the owner out here by emailing and Kendra took over and has been communicating as much as possible. Matinebce could use some work but I think rn on Belton Crossing they only have one matince man so it's not so bad. Came and recharged my ac everytime I said it wasn't working, that day and also got a new ac and furnace for me in a couple weeks. Thanks Michael! Overall not a bad place to live if you mind your own business. Been here for almost 4 years now. They also installed cameras which no other landlord has done making it a little safer. Yes their are going to be one star reviews and that's normal, but you just have to be patient as they are still getting in the swing of things around here. *Second edit* The property is now under the third management company since I have lived here. Let's hope they do a better job! Rowan wasn't keeping any of their promises and very sketchy to deal with. I'm very much an optimistic person so I hope for better things from this new management."

"The worst apartments you can find. Been here 2 weeks with no hot water, because of a gas leak we found. The property has known about it for over a week. The AC is horrible. The living room is cool but bedrooms are not. The pipes under the sink have leaked or busted 2 times in the past 5 days. Takes forever to get somebody to come fix anything. The neighbors are nice though, so I'll give them that."

"If I could give these apartments less than one star- I would. First, there is a severe roach problem that they do not take seriously at all. Second, when I moved into my apartment there was a leak that was flooding my apartment to the extent that my floor was completely covered in water. I had called the management and maintenance multiple times- getting dismissed every time. Finally when maintenance came and looked at my apartment he unplugged my hot water tank— WITHOUT turning off the water first. This ruined 3 of my daughters toys/sit my ups. They have not reimbursed me yet and I’m guessing they won’t. Third, there an abundance of crack heads over in the apartments that are never addressed. The management picks who the correct on “lease violations”. These apartments are a huge joke. Would not recommend at all."
