"Me and my family moved in Markey Meadows in 2011, the place was under different management which never honored any maintenance request unless we told them it was an emergency. We are now under new management and having the same issue; we have put in a couple of request for maintenance and nothing on the list has been taken care of only a few emergencies requests. The excuse is that they are trying to get the vacant places ready and they are behind. They have been behind for an entire year, I would think they would try and honor some of the request. We are considering moving this year and we really like it here, if they step up the maintenance maybe we will consider staying."

"We moved in to Markey Meadow Townhomes just before Christmas last year. We love the townhouse. Our unit is a 3 BR, 2 1/2 BA with a 2-car garage and a full basement. It's very roomy and meets all of my family's needs. The outside of the townhouse is adorably painted and decorated as well and while it's winter and difficult to gauge just yet, it really seems like a quiet, friendly neighborhood. However, the customer service is shoddy, inconsistent and unprofessional at best. In the 3 1/2 months we've lived there, we've not had ANY of our maintenance requests addressed. Our move in walk-thru check list of maintenance items has STILL not been addressed almost 4 months later. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of response and attention we've been given as good tenants who always pay rent on time, take excellent care of our unit and strive to better the appearance of the neighborhood by maintaining a pleasant home exterior. it's really a shame, because as I stated, we love the home and would like to stay there a long time. Hopefully, management improves and tenant issues begin to be addressed in a timely manner."
