"The places themselves are really nice. however the management has no clue what they are doing most times. they have a lot of plumbing issues. They won’t work with you on rent and they don’t process rent payments."

"Update 2/2023 (Almost a year later) - They did not accept voucher and would not retract the eviction based on their error of my credit history which was checked by another landlord and passed. It was a hell of a time, but a huge relief to not live there anymore. Original post, May/June 2022 This community was rebuilt in about 2020 pandemic year when my disabled husband moved in with veteran's rental assistance. The new owners started it as senior living 55 and older. Well, my husband was over 55, but I'm not, so when we needed to be together to help each other (after all, we were married), we received threats of lease violation. Note that he was very ill, in and out of the hospital, it was Covid 2020, and I was his primary caregiver. Furthermore, our neighbor's wife was younger too, officially on their lease, yet I was being threatened, not even asked to apply (do wives always have to apply?). In 2021 I was working out of state, came back to help him when he was hospitalized for 5 months straight with rehab (April to Aug) to help get his affairs in order, prevent eviction, and help him at home with daily living. He got worse end 2021, had home hospice Feb 2022 and died the next month in March. When I informed the landlord, I was told my application that was submitted about 30 days prior was denied - why wasn't I informed within a week? I was told to move out in 5 days! Why harass a new widow?! After I hired Legal Aid, they gave me 30 days. They will not add me to lease due to a credit issue misunderstanding. Well, since 2021 this place is not 55+, now open to all families. The units are pretty clean with updates, is pretty quiet, feels safe, nice neighbors for the most part. I hear people complain about the landlord all the time, and there seems to be persistent plumbing problems due to old tree roots. I've always put in effort to get along with landlord, and I understand she's been extremely overwhelmed and spread thin with little/no help until recently. I'm hoping the management will change mind about housing voucher that I was just granted in my emergency. The rent qualifies and it would be guaranteed easy income for them so I don't understand why they would not. Plus, I need my name on lease to get rent assistance during this very difficult time with my daughter as we rebuild our lives."

"It’s definitely had a makeover and I’m here for it! Since I have been here, which is over 1 year now, the Property Manager has been accommodating to every thing I have asked of her. As you can imagine, having a “landlord” be open enough to make herself available to each tenant makes the living situation more light. Thanks, T!"

"My family has been here going on two years now and could not be more pleased with how we as tenants are treated by management and how quickly an issue is solved when a request is put in! The application process was easy and pretty quick, and it didn't feel like we were forgotten about during the waiting period like some of the other apartment complexes we had applied for. Overall, very happy this is the place we ended up choosing!"
