"This place hands down is one of the worst places I have ever lived. It is filled with meth heads who live in the storage units and syphon electricity from other tenants. It's litterly falling apart. The steps leading up to our apt are bad and have been needing to be "replaced" since we moved in. There are cops here at least once a week. Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. I can not wait until our lease is up. 01/17/2024 update: Still the worst place to live. Unfortunately my income won't allow to move at the moment. I had work orders done for the shower pan cracking. The sink since I have moved in has been broken. All blinds still are corded, the rug is coming up. Bed bugs and roaches, my 700sq apt costs like 200.00 a month for electricity due to thin walls/ windows and maybe theft of electricity. This whole place is falling apart. Half my everything is broken and hasn't been fixed. It was broken when I moved in. It is a slum lord special. They take advantage of your desperation to have a place to live. A ton of tweekers live here. There is trash all over the place from the meth heads in the storages. I hate it here."
"The cockroaches are so bad at Belton Heights...not just bad..horrible....they are everywhere....complete infestation..In my opinion the place should be condemned..."
"No ac. And even after submitting a maintenance erequest it has not been fixed or replaced. Roaches in the apartments. And again after e-mail and submitting a request nothing has been done. I do not think they actually have a maintenance crew or call exterminators. Honestly, you would be better off living in your car than this apartment complex. Big thumbs down."
"I would give zero stars because this place is 100% not an ok place to start out or to live in at all. You'll never get the help you need.. they don't answer there calls nor is anyone ever in the office during office hours. Oh and let's not forget they try and steal money from their tenants. I'm just gonna say one name that steals and for sure doesn't help their tenants consuelo.. the new management April can't even do her job correctly and isn't even in the office ever. Do you jobs correctly or karma will be coming."
"Got moved in quickly! Management works very hard to make your residency smooth and will listen if you have any issues. I can’t stress enough how awesome the property manager is!! And a little bonus this place is super pet friendly for your furry friends."
