"Today I was given the wrong prescription by employee after telling them what I expected from my doctor. I brought back after opening thinking its small bottle. Its was for ears not for my pneumonia. My questions is WHY do you have incompetent people in pharmacy who are not properly trained? WHY should I lose my $ on HER mistake?"

"My daughter went to Walgreens yesterday and spoke with Trinna and asked her to run her ins for her. Trinna states “ oh im supposed to do that for you”. My daughter asked again same response with her laughing in my daughters face. My daughter asked what her name was and Trinna pulled her badge out with a smirk and laughing. She is very rude and does not need to be working with the public. She should be fired. All that commotion she made and ended up calling my daughter before she left the parking lot. Trinna needs to be fired! We will be calling Corporate on Monday."

"Staff was rude went to use the atm the atm did not give the whole amount and the staff pretty much laughed about it when I asked if they had any idea how to reach the people for the atm will never go back to this Walgreens ever"

"This is the best Walgreens in the area. I use their pharmacy and they're always fast and the techs are knowledgeable and friendly and answer any questions I have. Pharmacy tech Cat is always very nice and helpful and she was helping a co worker as well so it seems they have a good dynamic to working as a team and getting customers taken care of. They’re also the only place that has the cherry laffy taffy so I frequently go to this one."

"Hours changed to close at 7pm, have to rush home from work to pick up prescriptions. Wouldn't provide me a flu shot without an appointment and no customers were waiting. They were giving walkin vaccinations a month ago. Prescriptions aren't filled on time. Staff has become rude, turnover seems to be a thing as I never see the same people twice here. Pharmacy seems to be more interested in their hour off for lunch than my health. Been a Walgreens customer for over 50 years but I think I will let Walmart fill my prescriptions now."
