"For years, Penney's was our go-to store for clothing. They drifted away from our tastes, but seem to be coming back. We had a wonderful time (several hours) of shopping at this store. All the help were pleasant and attentive. We also received an additional 25% off with the use of our Penney's credit card, thanks to an associate who asked us the right questions. Great visit and walked out with many bags full of clothes and more."

"I shopped twice today, once to buy and the other to return. It's fine. The returns department seems a bit hidden and when I stood upstairs in line, two cashiers were joking around, 5 minutes until one asked me if I had a return and directed me downstairs. The gentleman (Indian by appearance and accent) was fantastic in politeness and direction giving. I stop here once every 12 months to check the clearance items. Kohls has a better layout, better atmosphere and in most places, better service."

"Still reasonably priced if you play the rewards/coupon game. Limited selection in store, but if you find something you like and not available in your size you can order online for the same price. It’s nice to still have a reasonably priced store where you can touch and feel the quality before you buy."

"I tried to make purchases online through them. Tried to change certain items from delivery to pickup and will not let me change to just pickup. I needed certain items earlier. Would prefer to just pick them up at the store rather than wait for a couple of days to deliver due to needing items earlier than delivery would have had them delivered. Still no luck to change the settings, did not place order."

"There were holes in the ceiling, nobody working anywhere but the jewelry counter (those people are awesome, though). They need to just close if they're not going to work on their store. Prices are super high, too."
