"Today around 4:58pm I went to this location looking for something for funerals that I have to attend. When we walked in we weren’t greeted, the lady was “too busy” helping her white patron. She didn’t lift her head up, no eye contact, not even a “I’ll be with you shortly”. This is the second time I’ve encountered this at this location, the first time I just thought it was a one off, but it’s crystal clear they have a problem with POC. Sadly it’s 2023 and we have a to still encounter this type of behavior, but one thing’s for sure, I have a big connection with people on social media so I’ll make sure to get the word out about this poor behavior with this location!!!!"

"No problem with the store or the lovely friendly blonde lady at the desk, but the lady works there with darker short hair that looks like she was caught in a strong wind? 'SHE' is RUDE!! My name is not SHE and do NOT point at customers when talking to another member of staff. Also I am perfectly entitled NOT to take up your loyalty program esp as I'm unlikely to go back. This was Sunday just gone 30th April and I wish I'd said this in store instead of being as polite as I was."

"I used to love this store but the last few times I have left empty handed and very disappointed. As an example I went yesterday to get a pair of blue jeans capris (the dark blue) but all they had was faded and old looking capris. When asked about the dark blue ones the sales person shrugged her shoulders and said they had a sale and didn't know when they would get more. Very very disappointed in this store."

"Total lack of merchandise in- store. Such a small variety to choose from it was almost a joke.. Unfriendly woman who never said hello, can I help you, or even thank you when I left! And don't get me started in the absolute FILTHY dressing room. I only go went because I needed something quickly and my go to store CATHERINE'S is only online now. See photo of the dressing room fan. This was just a small piece of the filth! Its face high to me at 5 foot 2 so it wasn't because they can't reach it. Do better Lane Bryant!"
