When I requested for help one young person taking care of Kios check out helped me to get connected to Anna to identify 19 items listed for shopping and Anna being extraordinary young and very talented person help to identify 19 items in just 6 to 7 minutes. "So, I was shopping at this store and saw a product that I wanted to buy. It was priced lower than the usual market price, so I grabbed it and headed to the checkout counter. But, when I paid for it, I noticed that it rang up at a different price than what it said on the shelf. So, I went to the customer service desk to return the item and let them know that it was priced wrong. The person at the customer service desk was really nice and apologized to me. Instead of returning the item, he corrected the price and refunded me the extra money that I had been charged. I was shocked by the service because most places would not do this. The customer service made me feel valued as a customer. It was really nice to see such honesty in todays world."
