"Well it's not Lowe's so that's a plus. They do usually have what I need provided I am able to locate it. Employees are slightly more friendly than the place across the street but they're no Chick-fil-A. I do miss the days of having just a normal hardware store instead of the only options being "box store" hardware places in this area."

"I used to use this location exclusively for years for many projects. That has now changed for numerous reasons. 1) A $4,400 door that is deffective and the installation was done incorrectly. SIX MONTHS and numerous visits to the store, emails to Jackie, the customer manager, and nothing back. 2) The smug Customer Experience Manager Brandon. I ordered an appliance. It was supposed to come on 12/9. So I re-arranged my Saturday since I had to be there. Guess what never showed? I even called the store the evening before. They told me it was in Hazelwood and will be delivered. I even received a text. I went to the store and Brandon displayed some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The first thing would be to apologize to the customer. That never happened. I even asked him, don't you think all of these issues deserves an apology? He could not have cared less. I ended up cancelling the order, and my Home Depot credit card was also cancelled. I will never do business with Home Depot again."

"I shop here often and usually have a good experience. Today, however, I met Craig. He looked at my problem not as a task but at the broader objective then came up with an innovative and more cost effective solution than I was coming up with, found the parts and put them in my hand. And he did it in about 2 minutes. I'm forever a fan."

"Failed to deliver my refrigerator on 2 attempts. Claimed they ran out of time the first day, then didn't put it on the truck 2 days later. Asked for my money back, I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours. That didn't happen either. Was also promised a call and didn't get it. Do not recommend anyone buy appliances from Home Depot. Still no refund or a call almost a week later. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and my first bad review."

"This location is just like all locations. What I like most about this location is the good selection of plants. Some Home Depots don't have the selection of outdoor plants like others. This one is a good location for spring or fall planting material. Good prices too."
