Simply put im not impressed by people who just do there job , she went out of her way to help me and explain specific details I asked for and fielded calls from me at random times with no notice."

The product I was calling for a quote on was a residential grade flooring and was going to be used for commercial purposes. "The Springfield, MO store sold my mother carpet and vinyl planks for 3 rooms. The salesman said they had a contractor who would install. They made all arrangements. When there was a problem with the plank installation, Rhonda at Carpet One said they weren't contracted with the installer. They just make referrals to contractors. Essentially, not their problem. The plank floor was covered with tacky blue glue and glitter. The contractor had agreed to come back and use adhesive remover but no-showed/ no call. We spent hours cleaning the glue off of the planks. Not a store I would recommend. In response to the reply from Carpet One, the installer offered to come out 2 days after his no show. By which time, we had already spent 3 1/2 hours scrubbing and cleaning the floor. He spoke with the store manager when she called him with my complaint, but he never reached out to the customer to offer any refund or apology. We were not given his information at the time the salesperson scheduled the installation. We had to call multiple times in order to receive that info. I still would not recommend this store."
