"The store was nice and staff friendly. The selection of brands was not as good as I expected."
"Stopped in for order pick up which I'd never done before. Was very smooth. wish I had known which entrance to go to when I got there though."
"We went into Macys trying out the free cologne and fragrances. Catherine gave us great service and was very nice to us. We will definitely be sure to come back after such good service!"
"Very poor service, could call it about the rudest experience I've had in a department store. I had went in to Macy's looking for a gift for my wife for Christmas, I had seen online and said was available in store , a expensive bottle of perfume one of her favorites. As I walked around looking in the fragrance department no one had asked if I needed help , they were to busy on their phones. I got to the point where I had asked for help an was ignored. Stood there waiting an kept getting ignored. Show i walked over to another woman who worked there at another counter. Asked for help an again ignored. Stood there for a moment as another man walked up. Apparently a boyfriend as she talked to him about their date the night before an holding hands , , I know this because I was left standing there , not being help even after asking for help to find the perfume for my wife's gift . 20 minutes I walked around trying to get someone to help me , and mind you other than the man flirting with the one woman. I was the only one customer there . The rudest people unhelpful to ignore their customers just to play on their phones during work hours at Christmas. So I took my business to Dillard's where I got help an what I was looking for . Much nicer friendlier people. Might I say they got my over $1000 worth of business that day . Will never step foot in a woke Macy's store again, as I would advise others as well , unless you like being ignored an treated like your bothering them or don't care for your business."
"First time going to a Macy's. There was a sign toys r us. Wow I had to check it out. Week sauce. That's a baby section. I thought Macy's parade, this has to be cool. Just another, jcpennys. If I didn't see a sign walking in I would of though it was jcpennys."
