"I got a $50 coupon for being approved for their RedCard. I was really excited because that's a nice offer. I bought a comforter that was way too heavy for a washing machine so I returned it and did not receive my coupon back. No other store would operate like that. Beware"
"Anita in the HR department was amazing! Springfield target was not answering any calls and declining our calls but she helped us more than the actual store. Thank you Anita for your help, but for the Springfield store, you need to do better!"
"January 13, 2024, Springfield Mo store, disorganized mess of stuff everywhere seemingly here and there and can't find anything you are looking for. The item I wanted said 'in stock' on the website so I drove there and it was all sold out. Since it is a seasonal item, don't know if it will be restocked. I wanted to use the bathroom while I was there but it is right by the front door, and there was so many people it was all a congested mess. I couldn't find anywhere to leave my cart that I felt it would not be smack in someone's way. The starbucks, entrance and bathroom all in the same spot next to the dollar deal arrangement is just plain moronic. The checkout lines were insanely long. The quality of the merchandise seems low and the prices were higher for the same thing you can find elsewhere. The isles and displays are so close together you can't get your cart in between most of it. The clothes don't seem like fit styles for anyone but college students. It's been about 5 years since I have been in a Target, and I can for sure wait another 5 without missing this mess."
"I live an hour away from Springfield but came over here to run some errands. I used to love going to target but now, not so much. It was NASTY and unorganized, clothes falling off hangers, clothes on the floor, and so much more. I decided to go to the bathroom mid shop, that was the icing on the cake for me. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves, this target used to be good. Heck you’re making Walmart look better now. I wish I got pictures of the store but here’s one of the bathroom, looks just like the store."
