"Blonde working on 10/23/23 at around 4:15 has no customer service skills, and is flat out rude. There is a way to explain things nicely, she does not know how. Also I was not given all of the change (coins) I should have received. They did take a good amount of my items, hopefully they hire more people that can bother to be nice."

"Several months ago I contacted the owner about stolen items that her store had purchased. It was a collection of backpacks and purses. The items ranged from an emerald green Michael Kors backpack to a Coach purse that still had a 400 dollar price tag attached. There were about 30 plus items, all in excellent condition if not new. With that being said the owner didn’t care. She agreed to meet with me but never showed, and refused to answer her phone when her employees tried to call. I understand you run a business, but when does your moral compass kick in? You are buying high end merchandise from kids who are trying to make a quick buck for obvious reasons. You did business with these same individuals numerous times. You paid less than 300 dollars for collection valued over 2000 dollars. I paid 200 dollars to buy back a few sentimental bags that had not been sold yet. I hope you come up with a better screening process for buying merchandise in the future. I don’t think you will because making a profit is more important than someone’s stolen property that was priceless to them."

"The manager is not very welcoming. Doesn't seem to be happy. Would not smile or even look at me when I came in and waited at the counter. And I love shopping so I like to be in a positive atmosphere. So...would not recommend this place unless you want an unappreciated experience. Went to sell them barely worn new shoes from the shoe store then look around. Like the other comments I noticed their store was full of old dingy clothing while I waited. They acted like I was putting them out. So I didn't even wait for their offer. Just left.Their loss."

"Not a fan! I have brought clothes here multiple times and usually love it but the past few times the service wasn’t great and they didn’t even buy but 3 items! Most of these items were new or barley worn do not sure what the problem was. I get have a specific look you want but come one the things in this store don’t catch my eye most of it looks old or discolored like they said when I got my clothes back! Won’t be coming back thanks."
