"Let me first say that the owner of Mattress by appointment is absolutely awesome, and this is not a reflection of him. However, the mattress that I purchased from him was absolutely horrible. I purchased it maybe 10 months ago, and I'm already needing a new bed. We have rotated the bed each month as indicated with the bed packaging, And it still has broken down so much that we are almost laying directly on the springs. *edit* The below response is an absolute lie. I spoke with the owner 2 times in reference to him begging me to remove this post because he was trying to buy out of the company, and they would not let him do so because of the negative reviews. I told him I would not be removing the post because it was a legitimate review on the PRODUCT. I will, however, explain the entirety so you can make your own solid opinion and take your hard earned money elsewhere."
