"It's a hotel. However, they want to make you feel at home. Two burner stoves, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. I know it doesn't sound like much, but when you're in a hotel room for weeks or months, it makes life a lot easier. IHG and Hilton are the top two brands. I do not stay anywhere else. Between the two brands, they do what's right by the customer. Like free laundry. It's the little things that keep me coming back."

"The room was nice, clean, and spacious. However, the bed was probably the worst bed I've ever slept on. It was clearly a defective bed with a GIANT sunken in dip. I tried sleeping closer to my partner's side but the dip sucks you back in. I woke up with a sore neck and back and feeling quite tired. So 2 stars, because the bed is kind of one of the most important parts of a hotel."

"Staying at this hotel for a few weeks. I arrived early and room was not available yet. The man behind the counter recommended a great place to get lunch while I waited for my room to be ready. My room was clean and very comfortable. Staff has been accommodating and extremely professional."

"I would like to thank Barbara so much , she was the perfect host. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. She was very polite and definitely a breath of fresh air at hard time when we needed her. I will definitely return just because of the fact that she gave me the best customer service. "Candlewood Suites, you need to take better care of your hotel. I read the reviews online that said it was a relatively new hotel with 4+ Star reviews, and figured it would be a great place to stay (I was disappointed). The room we stayed in looked like it had been “used and abused”. The tub had been chipped in multiple spots leaving what almost appears to be a poop stain (was also afraid to cut my toe on it). The hotel purchased a cheap porcelain tub that moves underneath the person showering, with shoddy patchwork near the rim (pictures attached). Water pressure at the bathroom and kitchen sink was terrible. The room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. The cabinets looked extremely worn out. There were multiple types of human hair on the wall in the bathroom. Not that this matters much (just aesthetically), but the door to the room has numerous black scuff marks and indentions. Overall, I was excited to try this new franchise and left thinking it would have been better to spend more money & stay at the Holiday Inn across the street. They did Not deserve the current 4.5 star rating."
