"I tried to return a pair of shoes and sunglasses that I had purchased for Christmas that didn't end up working out. I was 10 days past the return date, however, I had proof of purchase through my email for both items, and they were OBVIOUSLY unused and in perfect condition in the box. The cashier called some manager up who flat out refused to let me return the items, they wouldn't even give me STORE CREDIT! The manager was rude and unsympathetic, which is what upset me the most. Stores need to be mindful of who they have interacting with their customers. Very poor customer service, I'm very disappointed in Nordstrom."

"Great buys! But only 2 cashiers for Christmas time is by far, not enough. Great service by the cahiers. I felt bad for them, though, I'm sure overworked and underpaid. The store was trashed because the public didn't seem to care they trashed the store, leaving merchandise like clothes scattered all over the floor. We know the employees will work late to clean it all up, only to repeat the next day. They need raises!"
