"We purchased a bedroom set for our daughter and part of the delivery came today. it was delivered to the front porch and left there with no signature (All captured on door camera.) I moved one box into the house and upon opening it discovered it had a broken leg. Immediately called the store and you can't speak to anyone at the store, instead you get a 1-800# call center. We were told that the package was signed for....it was not and secondly even if it were that only accounts for the delivery, not the condition of the contents inside the packaging. We sent an email and they responded with a forged signature on the delivery sheet. We contacted the credit card company to refute the charges and pull the money back from the company until they choose to speak with us and correct the situation."

Three associates (who were all very kind) had to figure out the price, which took about 20 minutes and we still had no price. Definitely to no fault of the employees. Seems like the company doesn't set up their employees for success which is really unfortunate because they were all really nice and attentive. Probably won't be back. We knew what we wanted and it shouldn't take that long to figure out a price."
