"Kids of ages 2-8 all loved it! Went on a weekday and it wasn’t crowded. Staff was nice and throughout the place. It was $12 for 5 and under and $16 for the older kids for the BASIC package (access to trampolines and play areas but not like rock wall climbing nor VR games). Easily spent 2hrs there. Bathrooms were nice and clean and solid arcade options"

"We purchased the platinum package for our 3 kids and it was such a waste of money. Since we bought in advance, we didn’t realize that not everything would be open at the same time, it would only be open in rotation. That was fine and we tried to time things out so the kids could do the things they were looking forward to. But hardly anything worked! They got to try wipeout for only about a minute before they were rudely told to get out because it wasn’t working (that employee wasn’t just rude, but was mean the entire time). VR wasn’t working. Employees were not very helpful at the rock climbing area. Even in the snack area we kept being told that things weren’t working. Overall, most of the things didn’t work and the employees did not seem to care at all. We spent over $100 and I wish we could have picked a different trampoline park or just done the only trampolines package (no one checked wrist bands anyway). I gave it 2 stars because my kids loved the regular trampolines and the ball and foam pits!"

"Went to urban air for the first time for my grandson's birthday party. Nice place. Lots for energetic young one to do. He enjoyed the ball pit. We had someone assigned to our room. Pizza, wings, and pop makes for happy kiddos, though they got back to playing very quickly after. Had a good time."

"Great time at Urban Air! The kids can play for hours. it is a bit pricey that is my only complaint. I would choose this place over skyzone any day! Staff is stationed at all attractions and attentive. I went to sky zone one time and watched a little kid get punched. overheard 2 managers getting pulled over to address fights. after that, I was a little cautious of trampoline parks, but I'm glad I gave Urban Air a shot. it was a completely different experience. Clean, professional, no incidents witnessed. They even have a decent snack bar selection of drinks and food."
