"I warn you NOT to stay here! I cannot even give this place a star. Room was dirty. The walls are moldy (interior and exterior.) ROACHES!!! saw mice or rats at night outside. Room smelled like ciggs. The hotel manager needs to get it together before the place burns down from all the drug addicts staying there. Another manager on weekends is highly rude. Had my company move me to another location after I realized few things were missing after housekeeping left. Oh and you will be lucky to get housekeeping while there. I warn you now book elsewhere this place needs to be turned into health department."
"Rooms are not very clean and when asked to get maids to just come tidy up they missed tons. Great customer service no matter the issue they quickly try to resolve things! Location is horrible if you are a light sleeper since the highway is so loud and never stops. Parking lot is always packed after 730pm and doesn't feel safe as a woman. Rooms have very little privacy as we listened to two couples have relations many times and another couple fight for 8 hours straight. Internet always had issues and low signal strength. If on a budget then it is worth it but for a professional type business (not manual labor) or family I would not recommend!"
"UPDATE: MANAGER CALLED AND APOLOGIZED AND REFUNDED US A NIGHT. Location was good for us. Close to plenty. The front desk lady was great!! The room was spacious, bed was comfy. They need a deep clean, but not bad. Price was good for our stay. Booked off Walmart+travel. Cash back is a plus. We traveled with 2 young children. Just a family getaway to Union Stations and other attractions in KC!! Location doesn't even matter at this point. Room was clean at first glance. The floor was so nasty it turned the bottom of our feet black. Like other reviews the walls and doors were so nasty. I went straight to Wal-Mart and got cleaning supplies. That's when I thought ok it will be fine. Wrong. While my spouse went to the gas station, the kids were playing with their new toy I had picked up from the store. So of course they are excited and yes the toy was annoying, but this man had the nerve to pound on the wall. I told my spouse about it and he said it was probably from upstairs.so the night when on. The paper thin walls had us hearing pounding all night from the people above us. Now here is where it got worse. Around 12:30am my spouse and son who is 4 were sitting at the table playing UNO when the guy next door again pounds so hard on our wall, it freaked us all out. Me and my 3yr old where on the bed and it was so loud it woke us up. My spouse then hit the wall back and the man started yelling. So my spouse opened our door and he opened his door lol once he saw my spouse cussed at him and slammed his door. I went to the office and complained. Was told it was quite time and my kids can't make noise after 10pm. I explained the situation and was given the number to the police on call. We heard no more the rest of the night but it had us on edge. Due to the door having such a gap. We placed furniture infront of it. I never felt so unwelcomed at a hotel. After our day out the next day which is today. We return to the hotel and stop up front to grab some utensils. I spoke with the manager. He stated the same thing as the lady the night before that there is to be NO NOISE AT ALL AFTER 10PM and he also stated like she did that it was clearly on their website. I explained that my 2 young children have AUTISM and that my daughter is non verbal but has loud vocal stems and that I can't make her be quite. He told me he would speak with the man and call me which never happened. He also told me if I had problems that he would refund me a night out of my 2 nights for having to leave due to my children not able to comply with their noise ordinance. So here we are driving back home. I just want to cry as a mom of special needs children, we travel a lot and I always let the staff know when I check in the situation with my children. Because they stem in the evening which is a lot of jumping. But I have never had an issue anywhere until now."
"It's ok if you're looking for the cheapest option. We had to get 3 different rooms before the desk clerk found us one that was clean. She said the housekeeper marked them all clean but they clearly were never touched. Older location that could use an update but they probably aren't making enough to afford that."
"If I could give negative stars, I would. Where do I even start with the issues of the room? The bedding was nasty and stained. The floors were absolutely filthy and left my feet dirty. There were weird food stains and spots all over the walls and ceilings. The room smelled dank. There was trash and litter all over the ground outside. The Internet also didn't work half the time. Some of the employees at the front counter were also less than polite. And the complimentary breakfast was an absolute joke. They had granola bars and prepackaged muffins with coffee. The walls are paper thin, and I could hear my "neighbors" dog barking in the middle of the night, as well as them arguing and fighting, and slamming doors. The dishes and cutlery that they also advertise as being in the rooms were non-existent, and I would often have to go to the front desk and request for more. My friend had been helping me pay for my stay for about the three weeks I was there, and for some reason, the Extended Stay tried charging his card for days that I would not spend there. I apparently owe them an $87 balance, when they were trying to charge his card for days I wasn't even staying! They kept filing unauthorized charges to his credit card when he told them to remove his card and quit charging him for days I wasn't planning on being there! They have put me on a DNR (do not rent) list, but I honestly couldn't care less. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place to stay at, you would be much better off staying in a Motel 6 then this place."
