"Booked appointment online, was given a 25 minute wait time, no problem. Recieved text message that wait time was approximately 15 minutes before stylist was ready. Great. Received another text message that I was on deck, and to be in store so I didn't lose my spot. Done. Name was on the board with next up in store. A guy walks in, and apparently requested a different stylist, so now my wait got bumped back another 19 minutes. I walked back and asked the stylist who took the client in why I just got bumped back. She really didn't have an answer except that he requested a different stylist. This was only my second time coming here, and after this took place, I will not be back. I understand wait times are estimated, but this ordeal was ridiculous, to be next, then bumped back because this other guy was in an apparent hurry."

"First visit = Grace was absolutely fantastic. I give her a 5 star. Went back the next day with two boys, wanted to use Grace again, she was there but their system wouldn't let me choose her. Instead we got a stoner. She did okay on my 6 year old but zoned out on my friends brother. When asked why she didn't follow the cut requested, she lied about it. I would recommend Grace only. The store is poorly managed."
