"I never leave reviews, but this particular location is unequivocally terrible to deal with, most recently they charged a $32 copay with insurance for a very common generic drug, that had a cash price of just $14 without insurance. That same drug has a cash price without insurance of just $3 at most competitors. When I went back to ask for a refund of the difference, instead of giving me cash, or putting the funds back on the original with receipt, they loaded it onto a gift card. I just tried to use the gift card 1 week later,, and guess what? It didn’t work!!! Over the past year they have repeatedly sent text messages that mine or my spouses prescription medications are ready, but when we get there we are told we’ll have to come back in an hour., even when you go the same day that they sent the text message. What’s more is that you typically have to stand in a ridiculously long line, and hear them tell everyone in front of you that their meds aren’t ready either."

"All of the staff are absolutely amazing! Always friendly and say hello as you walk into the store. I retired from my route where I pick up from them, and the ladies at the photo counter went above and beyond. They got me, out of their own money, cup cakes as a going away present. The pharmacy has also helped me amazingly. It was always a joy stopping by and seeing them, it will be the only Walgreens I go to."
