"DO NOT USE THIS BROKERAGE. The only agent that I had any experience with from this brokerage was Jack. I contacted their agency after my ex-wife added me to an insurance policy, then removed me, then added me and removed me again without my knowledge. I called them to see what I could do about getting a new insurance policy in my name and get my name taken off of hers. He gave me a quote A week ago today. Since then he’s received payment method information knowing there was not a payment that needed to be processed because there was no policy issued. He also knew that I needed to get coverage for my vehicle and did not have any at the time, but did not communicate back to me that the policy wasn’t paid for or issued. he then told me that he needed me to send him my registration, which I took a picture of and sent to him. The next day he needed a copy of my divorce papers which I sent to him. I didn’t hear anything the following day I called him he told me it would probably be tomorrow. I called him on Tuesday and asked him why they have an issue a policy if they’ve taken payment that’s when he informed me that he took the payment information but there wasn’t a payment that needed to be made yet. He told me these things take time give it a day or two, which brings us to today. I contacted him and told him that I would appreciate it if he would destroy the payment information and that I would seek insurance on my own and would probably have much better luck at a different brokerage. I highly advise going anywhere but here."
