"Before I go to this place, my boyfriend called to check if they accept walk in and if they could give me an eyebrow waxing. The girl who answered told him that the price was $12 and we will have to be there in around 20 minutes. When we got there, Ericka told me that she could see me and she did a great job with my eyebrows. However, when we went to pay she charged my boyfriend $20 plus tips and when he asked her why it wast that amount, she said that’s her price. I never asked for her to give me the threading and they didn’t want to respect what they told him on the phone. Bad costumer service and we did not get any apologies or solution. I will never go back here and I don’t suggest you to go there unless you see their price on the web. Unfortunately, they did not have this one and we got scammed."
