"Staff don't talk or offer to help you at all. One guy sits in a pedicure chair on his phone with his dirty shoes on. When anyone comes in he shouts to ask them what they want then tell them where to sit. One girl sits on her phone texting while customers wait in a chair for her to start the manicure. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Will not go back."

"I come to this place all the time for manicures and pedicures. I usually get both services done together and spend well over $100 every time. I don't see the same person every visit. Today I had Nick, he's the one who sits in the first chair when you walk in. I've never had him do my nails before, but he was so rude. I was getting my acrylics filled. He was very careless with my manicure. The polish is sloppy and see-through. He didn't talk to me at all the entire time and makes absolutely no point to make you feel welcome. It was very awkward, it was very uncomfortable, and I'm never going back."

"I've had two pedicures here now; one with a large group of adult women, and one with my three year old daughter. Both times the pedicure work itself has been great! The nail technician was trying hard to be patient with my young daughter for her birthday treat and I really appreciated the service. The only reason I dropped stars is that when I walked in after calling to make an appointment, all of the workers were sitting on the pedicure chairs on their phones.. no one looked up, no one greeted us and I finally had to ask for someone to help get us checked in. It felt as though I was interrupting them, even though I'd just been told on the phone to come right in. It was very uncomfortable and if I hadn't received a gift card to spend there, we probably would have left without having services done. I would go back because the work there is great, but don't expect warm and welcoming service when walking in."
