"Great sub sandwich(es). We were first time goodsense visitors. The bread was super soft (even after being toasted), fresh cut meats, and fresh veggies. It was a busy location but that didn't effect the customer service. All around great experience!!"
"Ordered lunch but it was about 40 minutes late. When I called out there the first time I was told it had left the building. After waiting 25 minutes I called again, I was then informed it had just been sitting there and had not been sent out."
"Between 6-7 late teens were working when my son and I arrived about 6pm. They were all so distracted by each other's joking around they could not keep our order straight. I repeated the order on 3 separate occasions, face to face. The napkins were empty and when I asked for napkins I was handed 3. I asked for more since my son is 7 and kinda messy like most his age. The guy handed me 1 more. I asked for 6 more and he seriously just walked away from the counter! Our toasted sandwiches were cold in the middle and while we ate we had to listen to the employees play their videos while sitting in booths close to us."
"I order two 8" subs. I order an "good cents original " and a "Chipotle cheese steak". Both sandwiches were pretty good. I had the garlic and pepper bread. The price was reasonable. I pad almost 18.00 for both. I added olives, lettuces, banana peppers, tomatoes. Everything including the bread tasted fresh, nice and soft. Customer services was real good too."
